'Rewang' is a traditional term used to describe communal acts performed by a community. Other than implementing the "many hands make light work" principle, 'rewang' also helps to bring people together and strengthen community bonds.
With the Mega Raya Melbourne 2013 fast approaching (details below), we need volunteers to come 'rewang' with us in preparing the food and beverages that will be served to an estimated 1000 guests. Come help out and have some fun in the process!

Shaving Day/Donation Deadline : 23 August 2013
Venue: Bowen Street RMIT
RUMA is holding a fundraising event whereby the top 3 RUMA male committee members who have garnered the highest donations will be shaved bald! The total funds raised will be donated to Camp Quality, a children's family cancer charity. You're also more than welcome to join in on the shave to save fun on the day itself by donating any desired amount to have yourself shaved.
