Unilever invite you to join Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) – a 3 years Management Trainee program to develop you to become its future leader who can make positive impacts to millions of people around the world. From day one, you will have real responsibility in business function. You will gain business insights and also have international exposure, and a fulfilling working environment.

Graduate who apply to this programme will join Unilever Malaysia on local terms and condition, and you will be available to commence your career with Unilever Malaysia any time from July 2012 to January 2013.

Who Unilever Looking For?
You must have graduated from an Australian university between 2010-2012 and ideally have right to work, knowledge of the local language and experience of the culture of Malaysia. Any major background can apply.

Accenture is a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. Combining unparalleled experience, comprehensive capabilities across all industries and business functions, and an extensive research on the world's most successful companies, Accenture collaborates with clients to help them become high-performance businesses and governments.

Over 150 students turned up for this event and had the opportunity to network with Accenture representatives from the Melbourne branch. Interviews were held for the Graduate Position and we are proud to announce that some have managed to secure a place back home at the end of this year! Congratulations to them!

Overall it was a successful event, not to mention the delicious dinner which was provided (ayam masak merah is the bomb!).

GRADUAN serves as a platform for overseas students to find out about the current job situation in Malaysia and also to seek employment from potential employers. This is the 7th year GRADUAN has come to Melbourne and it is definitely the grandest one yet with over 19 companies participating this year!

Present on the day were the company directors, HR units and CEOs who talked to students about the opportunities working with them and also providing invaluable career advice. Students who were lucky even had walk-in interviews and immediately began competing for placements in their selected companies. During the event there were also company presentations which gave a fantastic outlook on the company’s background, achievements and also an overview of on-going projects.

Students who handed in their resume before GRADUAN were preselected and had the privilege of securing interviews with company executives and directors. Many students were glad to receive offers ranging from internships to full-time placements and graduate programmes from the companies.
The GRADUAN-MASCA Recruitment Drive has given a glimpse of what Malaysian companies have to offer to students abroad. Many of these companies are not only recognized in Malaysia, but also internationally!

Planning for GRADUAN 2012 has already commenced! Everyone get ready for a more massive, more exciting, more interactive recruitment drive with more opportunities ahead! Don’t miss out on GRADUAN 2012!!
